During the above period, you can continue to access the NCVER Portal and all self-service options will be available.

All requests are processed in order of receipt and will be responded to within two working days.

The Data Entry Tool is a free, web-based tool for smaller RTOs to capture client training data and produce AVETMISS-compliant NAT files. As entry is manual, it’s best suited for RTOs serving around 100 or fewer clients per year and reporting to the National VET Provider Collection only.

If your RTO receives state funding and reports to a State Training Authority, this tool is not suitable for state-specific reporting and cannot produce NAT10A or NAT30A files for AVETMISS Release 8.0.

Note: Under the National VET Data Policy (section 4.4), all RTOs must have an AVETMISS-compliant student management system.
